The skirt I'm less pissy about purely because it was £20 and I bought it specifically to alter. But the dungarees and the £7 refund fucked me off. They look fucking worn. I'd be buying this quality off vinted for £25, not brand new for £40+!
I should have learned my lesson after the last pair of dungarees I bought were basically see through but noooooooo... Well I'm fucking done with them now, sorry but L&Y is gonna be another tanked company in a few years cos the quality is fucking toilet.

@crabbynerd@mas.to I mean tbh? I'd dispute it w ur credit card. Document the issues, note ur attempts to resolve, willingness to return (at their expense) and let the corpos argue. At least they can do that 4u.
