I considered MOLLE or PAX but actually I think it's not what I want.
These systems are designed to carry lots of stuff, but also access them on the field easily. I want to carry lots of stuff but I will be unpacking everything at once when I arrive. It's quite different. I don't care as much about having lots of zippers and pouches, I want things to be packed as tightly yet as neatly as possible.
So yeah, again, something like a flight case. Just figure out how I can pack my stuff in a Eurobox in the most organised way possible. Make custom sized compartments and all.

@iro_miya@mk.absturztau.be there is a modular system of 3d printed spacers/boxes for that somewhere iirc i sadly forgot the name but that allows making custom-sized exact fitting inset for boxes or such

A small MOLLE system could be nice for when I travel for just a few procedures though. For events though I need looooots of supplies.
