A small MOLLE system could be nice for when I travel for just a few procedures though. For events though I need looooots of supplies.

Yes I need to come up with two different systems. One for just 2-3 procedures, prioritising quick unpacking, and one for events where there may be 20 procedures, prioritising efficient space usage.
