@sfalken@mastodon.naturalorder.me single coil, filtertron, humbucker, piezo - they all have their place. It took me too long to realize that P90 stands on its own compared to strat single coils and that they aren't at all just weaker/noisier versions of PAFs. I think I would like a Les Paul with a P90 on the neck and a PAF on the bridge.
