@jbcrawford@hachyderm.io it's important to learn the lessons from OSI: - never let govts and telcos do standards - interoperability is what you want. protocol conformance is vendor smoke & mirrors - ASN.1 will always suck "OSI. Next day service in a nanosecond world."
