Sidenote - Laptops that are designed such that you can remove the main board without having to remove the heatsink and re-apply thermal paste are the fucking best!

The Latitude 7420, on the other hand, is an asshole that requires the heatsink to be removed to remove the board. It also has soldered memory. >:(
