@subm3rge@infosec.exchange Sell the apartment, buy a countryside house/cabin good enough for working remotely all year round 👌 Or buy a plot of empty land and build a cabin.
I have the opposite problem, where I don’t really need/want a summer cabin because I basically live in one, but I will inherit one that I despite everything really want to keep.

@w@mountains.social I love living in Stockholm - walking distance to a lot of things needed and wanted. Also, all the kids/grandkids are here, so I am a local load-bearing support system. Buying a plot off-grid and building something is probably the best option. Hard part is finding a plot with the characteristics I want - landowners who "styckar av" seem to do it for 5-10 plots, and I ideally prefer not to hear, or even see, any neighbours. If only Metrias et.al databases werent so insanely expensive, I could probably hack something up that found potential plots for me. :/
