ugh, hate that our Vet uses a mobile app for any questions or to look up records. It was quicker to call and ask for them to email the vax records for our dogs. I'd rather not sit through installing an app and creating an account for something I might do every 6 months. Also, fully expect them to move to another customer portal for Vets thing in the next 6 months anyway.

@omerida@phpc.social you're LUCKY anyone even picks up the phone. im serious. businesses here, does not matter what kind, will not answer their phone, they will not respond to voice mails. you either deal with their shoddy pos app or you take your business elsewhere and eal with their shoddy pos app. the entire gamut from food you used to order by phone, to doctors offices for humans.
