Has anybody else in the reach of this message that does #photography either as a hobby or professionally had cataract removal surgery? I haven't been all that active in the past few years in processing photos partially as a result of my cloudy eye lenses, but now I am finding that my left eye (which recently had cataract removal surgery) has a much bluer tint than my right (which will be corrected in a couple of weeks). I'm told that the blue tint is likely temporary and is a result of my natural lens cataract blocking blue light for many years, and that my brain will adjust to seeing increased blue light but I'm curious.

@clankgy1@infosec.exchange I had cataracts removed and noticed a definite brightening of color afterwards. It’s likely that, as you say, the cataract was filtering the actual light that came into the eye. Much happier as a result. Hope your results are good!!!
