I am now on possession of Absolute OpenBSD by @mwl@io.mwl.io . I think this weekend I'm going to go through the setup steps in a VM and get myself acquainted with it. I have tried openBSD and freeBSD previously, but from the perspective of "if I install this as an end user with no prior knowledge, how hard is it to get a desktop environment?" I succeeded for the most part, but didn't learn a whole lot about the WHY of BSD aside from openBSD having fantastic documentation. I'm hoping to change that to be more well-rounded in my computer booping :3
