@Omega_Scribet@mementomori.social There is another owner, and that owner is ”suppleant” in the board of both companies, basically a board member that only has voting power if the regular board member is unavailable. The two owners own 50% each of the parent company, which means that they have to agree for changes to be made to the board, so it’s not possible to get rid of him that way either.
