I realize the earlier photo misrepresented the situation, since socket is posed next to a rusty nut. That is not the bolt in question, it was just an easier place to take photo of socket. Here, crawled under the car to take photo, is the culprit. It has had two days worth of PB Blaster applied, multiple times throughout each day on both sides.
