@idropyou@beige.party heat then drilling if that fails. I don't need to preserve the rack's thread/post, just want to get it out. Although the whole hitch assembly may not be worth trying to save either. The hitch was put on by toyota dealer 9yrs ago and they had a hell of a time getting everything to fit in place. Had all of the plastic covers, bumper parts removed or greatly loosened and still required some trimming. First guy who tried it gave up after a couple hours, I was about ready to drive home in defeat and another guy came up with an idea he wanted to try which worked.
