@cwebber@social.coop If you have conventional opinions, all you have to do is find a community full of people with unconventional opinions and hang out exclusively there. Then, when you voice your mainstream opinions, you can cast yourself as an unconventional free-thinker. This way you get *both* the practical rewards of being in step with the mainstream *and* the emotional rewards of feeling like a special, unique snowflake!
