The OS language pack is English, the region is set to Lithuania, the keyboard layouts are EN and LT, the timezone is LT, the external IP address geolocates to LT.
So of course the Windows weather widget defaults to Danish.

Sorry it's not always Danish Sometimes it's Finnish (also this is a freshly installed system and in theory the AD GPO should have turned it off, or at least turned off the whole "open on hover" mess)
