And I don't get how the 10700k gets ~1W for pkg as displayed in btop, turbostat, etc. Can't be correct. Mind you, both the 3600X and 10700K machines have kill-a-watts and the Intel is ~20W less than the AMD (65W vs 87W). Weird.
