Anyone have a recommendation for a USB C wired network adapter that works reliably on Linux? A combo HDMI/usb a/power pass through is ideal.
I run my #HomeAssistant on an old intel MacBook. The wired network runs through a combo adapter that appears to have bit the bullet. The other combo adapters I have on hand don’t seem to work with Linux.

@linux_mclinuxface@fosstodon.org I've been wondering for a while, does the Pi have PoE on its ethernet jack? I have a couple of good USB-C to Ethernet adapters, but I don't know their spec.

@linux_mclinuxface@fosstodon.org I have an older anker one, it’s fine but its display outputs are limited, works fine in a pinch but I wouldn’t want it for daily use.
