It is time for world leaders to signal to the US Cabinet and Congress that his temper tantrums from demential have reached a damaging level that cannot be allowed to continue. The Overton window in his irrational behaviour must cease to move to normalise his behaviour. We are past the stage where world leaders treat him with white gloves to make him feel comfortable and avoid temper tantrum.
