@dima@dol.social Thanks man. The worst part about it is the complete lack of dopamine and the feeling of being drained of all energy and life force, nothing interests you and nothing makes you feel refreshed. You feel plain depressed and sad. It is a very slow recovery... I got my last painkillers a couple of hours ago and I am feeling a bit better bit by bit, but it is still difficult to focus on anything. Migraines are the worst.

@rolle@mementomori.social That description matches crashes I know from recurrent depression almost exactly. The flat, nothing-interests-you kind, not dramatic sadness, just absence. One thing that helped me stop panicking about it: the system tends to come back online in stages. Response tends to return before joy does. You will probably notice you can do small things again before you actually feel like doing them. Rest counts as productive right now. Hope the fog lifts soon.
