What was it about the cheaper progressives that was a problem for you? I heard that they have reduced peripheral focus compared to plain bifocals, trifocals, etc.

@TheZorse@hear-me.social There is that, but the lenses are not crafted with precision, so in my experience, they had vision dead zones even when looking straight ahead. https://biologyinsights.com/are-trifocal-lenses-the-same-as-progressives/
