@g7kse@mastodon.radio how many cogs on your cassette? I buy cheap carbon tube/aluminum lug bikes from the early '90s for under $100USD for the parts. No one is going to miss a Trek 2300 or a Specialized Allez Epic.

@alrs@lsngl.us can you imagine how frustrating it is having a perfectly good set that are just a few mm too wide? I had to let a really nice carbon road bike because I just couldn't get parts at a reasonable price. We have a really good local network so I'm expecting I'll be inundated with options.
