@alrs@lsngl.us can you imagine how frustrating it is having a perfectly good set that are just a few mm too wide?
I had to let a really nice carbon road bike because I just couldn't get parts at a reasonable price.
We have a really good local network so I'm expecting I'll be inundated with options.

@g7kse@mastodon.radio the best thing you can do to keep obsolescence out of your life is to never run discs, never run hydraulics. Pretty much anything 1975-2005 can be made to work, somehow. It's going to be rolling windows of five years of compatibility from 2010 out to forever.
