I am always amused when Bristol City Council need me to reconfirm our electoral roll info.
Their website needs two security codes to login, plus my postcode.
Two seperate codes.
Guess how these are communicated to me... go on... guess!
Email.
One single email.
Nice and secure.
Why not just make it one code?
Heck, why not just make it a link I can click without having to copy and paste two codes?
