Given that Google is currently adding to messages to the top of Google Docs/sheets upselling their own services (I opened a sheet today and was asked if I wanted to use Gemini for phone calls, I think), I wonder how long it will be until we get third-party ads embedded there too, maybe specific to the content in the sheet/doc.

@danielskatz@fediscience.org They must be desperate for more revenue outside ads since there is an "Upgrade" button on Google Calendar on the web and I'm already subscribed to Google One...
