@ThetaSigma@fandom.ink hard relate to this thread. I have a 100% WFH position and my predecessor also left in 2021 because she couldn't cope with the remote aspect of it. I think it can be draining for extroverts / neurotypical in the same way as being in an office is exhausting for those of us who are introverted and / or neuroatypical
