@CordiallyChloe@tech.lgbt Every time I see a commercial telling me what AI chat is good for I feel sorry for anyone who feels the need to use it. This weekend I decided to make a pie, and I wanted to tips on how to make a good crust. So what did I do? I asked my spouse who makes pies if they had any recommendations. I reached out to someone. No AI needed. I feel like asking a chatbot questions is a sign that something has gone wrong in your life to make that feel necessary.

@itzyg@wandering.shop @CordiallyChloe@tech.lgbt And even if you do an Internet search for that stuff, what you want to find is a really good home cook who’s put time and effort into experimenting and putting some of their tips and tricks on their website. But even without AI, that’s getting harder and harder to find because no one is writing about their experience anymore. They’re being content. 🙄
