Corporations are taxes on profit. Individuals are taxed on revenue.
„Income” conveniently means both revenue and profit, depending on context. It tends to mean profit in context of corporations. In context of small businesses and individuals it tends to mean revenue.
Ain’t taxation system designed by the rich for the rich great?!

@slotos@toot.community @4Dboy@mastodon.social @arrrg@kolektiva.social Most, maybe all, taxation structures in all countries are heavily biased, and rich people are those who benefit from that. That much is clear. But we don’t have to exaggerate how the structures work. Revenue for a company includes goods sold that were previously purchased from another company. That is not the case for employees. Employees do not resell goods to their employers. A much larger problem is that corporations are allowed at all.
