I turn on Facebook or YouTube and see kids who are 22 or 23 talk about being late bloomers because they didn't transition until they were 21.
God I feel so ancient.
I didn't even think about this before 38, 39. I'm 43 and I don't feel like I've done a lot with my transition and I'm not sure what else I could have done. I slightly regret my orchi - suddenly, it sounds nice to have kids. I didn't really make real life friends until just literally THIS YEAR, despite years of trying.
It feels almost like I've been living in a dream while I grew older.
And it's not entirely my generation - I've met kids who are 20-something and have been transitioning for 10, 15 years. Jesus, I only even knew this was **possible** five minutes before my egg cracked.
Suddenly, I look around and realize I'm often the oldest or second oldest one in the room.
Did I really spend the last four years waiting to leave this town, not knowing why I never had money (as the wife was secretly wasting it), just slowly aging to death and playing video games???
Ugh.

Such intense aging anxiety lol. I've not been using my time well.
