its so funny, ming gets mistaken as latina *all* of the time whenever she's in california -- her dad's taiwanese, her mom's australian (white) and she's born/raised american, but can't speak a word of spanish. the look of panic on her face when people look at us, then at her, and bust out full speed spanish at her is hilarious.
