The desert people have a secret garden thing with a giant glacier that provides them with water. Their boss is named Greentree because he's a druid and we learn the One Girl is his daughter and this is a secret elf village the Evil Government doesn't know about.
They used to be Eco Warriors but they lost the war with the Evil Government and so far are hiding and making babies.
