You know why they are building them. They have this notion that "oh AI is very expensive to run, we can't make a profit." so they are saying "oh wait, but, if we improve production, then the costs will go down, like with microchips right?". But, that's not really applicable in the way they believe. Electricity prices are not flexible, putting a bunch of specialized AI machines in the same building won't lower the AI "token" prices as much as they expect.
