I can't help but wonder how many courses are using the Reflecting Pool as an exercise in "how could a scenario like this be handled?" Offhand I'm thinking 1) would hydrophobic coatings work? Has the Navy done any research on long term underwater applications? 2) how about ways to keep a smooth reflecting surface while maintaining enough flow to keep it from being stagnant? #pool #reflectingpool #algae
