if the creator of gender reveal parties has started to be like "yeah maybe don't do that" maybe you shouldn't do that but what do i know i'm just a nonbinary person who's been forced to spend a giant majority of their life defined by a specific gender

@chirpbirb@meow.social literally the whole reason she did it was because she had a few miscarriages before the point that a fetus had an identifiable gender. it wasn't a random "hehe we know!" it was a "holy shit this is actually happening" moment. they were never really meant to be A Thing afaik.
