@nytpu@tilde.zone @delilah@derg.social probably among the worst common programming languages to use for anything that needs any degree of longer-term stability with few large-scale changes over the span of years. "That feature was deprecated in 3.11 and removed in 3.13" cool but this program someone wrote in 3.10 expected that feature to exist & 3.10 is entering EOL later this year. deeply unserious language. acts like a scripting language with annual breaking changes but wants to be taken much more seriously than that.
