oh ok actually mobile firefox does let you turn this off. ok that's a start

@kirakira@furry.engineer yeah i have that shit turned off in Vivaldi (and have the tab bar at the bottom) for that very reason. if I need quick access to tabs or whatever I don't want to futz around and either accidentally some random on-page trigger or go to my home screen because I have gesture nav enabled.
