@_L1vY_ @mastodonmigration There have been no complaints that I'm aware of related to my PeerTube instance yet. Nor has Legal in Support at the host commented yet. However, one person in Support is saying that the host doesn't permit any "sensitive" videos to be hosted. By "sensitive", he means, more or less explicitly, videos that might inconvenience Donald #Trump. This includes Status Coup #ICE protest videos. This is a surprise as the host is Zynoo. They're based in Bulgaria and The Netherlands and the company per se has commented before that it doesn't rush to obey takedown demands from the U.S. The Support person is a Tier 1, probably in Europe and probably a false name. So, an essentially anonymous Tier 1 person is expressing concerns. The Legal or Abuse group might decide in my favor, but I've asked the Tier 1 repeatedly to escalate to them and he's ignoring the request. Update: The Tier 1 has escalated to a Tier 2, but I think that she's just a Support lead. She's also ignoring requests to permit me to speak with the Legal or Abuse group. I figure that the video site will disappear shortly. If that happens, the site will return in due course. However, it might be a while because I'll need to look closely at the next host.
