It's not available yet for everyone to read, but the Granillo v. State decision out of the Hawai'i Supreme Court is the forceful rebuttal to the predations of the Roberts' SCOTUS that a lot of us have been waiting for. (I believe Todd Eddins wrote the opinion. Here's more about him https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Todd_W._Eddins) If nothing else, this case should be the basis for the "packing" of the court when we throw MAGA out, if not why we need to impeach Roberts et al. #uspol
