Edit: 240€ … thats a spicy meatball! Hmm, maybe when I’ve moved house off the mountain then. Because the rocky trails here chew up shoes like nothing else :-/

Yup. Pretty spicy. I debated for a year about getting a pair, but my Blundstones have started letting in some water so I had to stop putting off getting any new shoes. What I plan on doing is wearing down the soles a bit before getting them resoled with something way more durable and slip resistant than the crepe. I saw somewhere that someone replaced it with Vibram soles! I think they were in the States, and I’m not paying for shipping and USD. Someone local must do it, surely.
