This afternoon's fine libation. Pretty darn good for the price! (I skipped the much more pricey Dassai Blue 23). Dassai few I've had before were good, I daresay this Dassai Blue (brewed in US with US grown Yamada Nishiki rice) 50 version is better. Touch sweet and not as crisp (even as the nigori from yesterday 👆🏽), definitely cantaloupe/melon + touch of 🍍 in the not quite sparkling but definitely bit of pressure/pop in the bottle.
