The British "constitution" is basically whatever you can get away with.
So go on, give yourself a partial veto on #Burnham's new cabinet. Name any 2 people who will be banned from the cabinet.
If your veto sticks, it's constitutional. If not, hey-ho.
You can veto whoever you like. But you will have more impact if you veto someone who might actually be considered for appointment.
