Much like the author, and just from a consumer experience perspective, I have not bought things due to vendors' ham-fisted AI implementations... I have _also_ not bought things due to ham-fisted anti-AI implementations (companies that won't let me see their website due to some perceived bot-ness). I wonder how much of this kind of untracked loss is at play.
