@robchapman@ohai.social sounded like he was asking for it after saying he felt the pressure, all responsibility is with him, etc. Should definitely go and bring in someone who actually likes his players instead of throwing them under the bus. Lol

@ryan2one3@mstdn.ca much of the groundwork for Tuchel was already laid by Southgate, Southgate was already getting England to quarters and Semis, the missing tactical acumen was supposed to be Tuchel...but I'm not sure I saw anything tactically spectacular throughout the tournament. Also Southgate took some stick but he never threw the players under the bus to save himself, it's very disappointing and not what you expect from a national manager
