A new day, a new parkrun, a new...ark? Newark #parkrun this morning , doing a bit of tourism. Friendly course, mix of tarmac (yay) and bark chipping paths (boo). Knocked two minutes off last week's time at my home event, I think at least in part due to the cooler weather. Today's time was 31:27 and I bagged an 'N' for the alphabet challenge. Only six letters to go, but one of them is a 'Q'... #running #runnersOfMastodon
