If you come to me claiming that someone needs to be banned from a server because they're "being problematic" and "lying about being raped", I expect actual proof. If you instead justify this with the dumbest, most idiotic reason I've ever seen in my life, I will absolutely lose my fucking shit at you. This response is so wrong and gross and disgusting on so many levels I struggle to find the words to describe it. This is how abuse WORKS. This is EXACTLY how abusers gaslight their victims. Abuse them one day, come back then next with "oh I didn't mean it", over and over again.
