watching Secrets of the Neanderthals and it hits me like diarrhea to the nostrils every time one of these professional archaeologists admits it wasn't until 2011 before it occurred to any of them that this SPECIES OF HUMAN BEING might ever have tried eating a leaf, fruit, or seed 💀
the lifestyle of the meatitarian youtubers we denigrate today served as the batshit best theory used by "scientists" until well into the 21st century.
how tf can anyone who has been inside a school be that stupid?

they can't help themselves, falling over each other to be the first to drop the "bombshell revelation" to the film crew that neanderthals were not emotionless, braindead mannequins, but capable of feeling things, having experiences, and thinking with an unknown grey organ speculated to have been contained inside the neanderthals' massive skulls. what kind of scientist genuinely thought prior to "recent evidence to the contrary" that neanderthals, or any ancient humans, were zombies? and why?
