Can't answer for the EU commission but AC and solar power is quite the match made in heaven; when the need for cooling is the greatest the solar energy matches. So build more solar in anticipation of more AC rollout in the EU.

@bike4climate@mastodon.nu yes, we need to build faster more sources of clean energy. My point is that we won't do that fast enough, instead, we all will install air conditioning to have a bearable life during heat waves. @EUCommission@ec.social-network.europa.eu
