Good grief. Just this week, if I fire up LibreOffice (I'm on Garuda Linux), particularly the 'Writer' to edit a doc? I get no title-bar with the 'decorations' for minimise, normalise, quit. It always starts full-screen, and I cannot drag it out of that. Various searches have told me to try various things, none of which change the behaviour - all I can do after starting it is Alt-F4 out of it, which is not good. Oh and yes, I deleted the folder underneath ~/.config, and it made no difference that I can tell!
