#3GoodThings -went for a spontaneous long walk. I enjoyed the walk but also the fact that a trek that would have seemed too long when I was a teen is a breeze well into my 40s. -woke up a drowsy panhandler by giving her the dollar in my pocket. She seemed glad. I recognized her from the soup kitchen but don't think she recognized me. -all the little tools and pieces of hardware that hold things together
