What The Guardian isn't telling us is David Penman is a fucking loony who quite literally threatens legal action against anyone who doesn't rate his shitty AirBNB 5 stars and doesn't leave a glowing review. The moron was also charged after he threatened and harassed someone who left a poor review on Google. He's also been harassing Hepburn Shire councillors for years, to the point they attempted to get an intervention order taken out against him.
