So it seems our government wants to invest in an industry that - checks notes - is making the world a worse place, as well as using massive amounts of energy and water 🤦🏻‍♀️ So depressing. The story is in this morning’s ODT but paywalled (apologies but I don’t have the spoons to transcribe the whole thing and obviously won’t use AI to do that). #NZPol #DataCentres
